To Whom It May Concern,
In the summer of 1996 we purchased a beautiful 1. 7-acre lake side lot on the tenth hole of The National Golf Club. New to the area, our realtor arranged for us to interview some local architects and builders. That night when we returned to our motel, we were impressed to find that one builder, Bonville Construction, had already dropped off an information packet. The next day at our lot we met Ken and George Bonville. We found them to be cordial, professional and knowledgeable. Our lot encompasses several springs feeding into a stream with waterfalls and ponds finally running into a large lake. It is truly beautiful, but we did have concerns about the possibility of underlying water interfering with construction. This was true especially with where we wanted to put the house. Without any commitment on our part, the Bonvilles walked off the lot with us and helped us envision the future footprint of the house. They dug test holes and checked the building site’s water table. They did all this on our very first interview with them. Needless to say, we were impressed. Further impressive was that Bonville Construction could also design and serve as our architect, and at a reasonable price to boot. The quality of their work is well known in this area. Needless to say we signed with them the next day. We are extremely happy with our new house. It turned out better than we could have dreamed. After we moved in, Bonville Construction faithfully fixed any small problems that popped up. If you are thinking of building a house, I whole heartily recommend Bonville Construction.
