My wife and I built a home in 1994 in the Longleaf golf community in ~outhem Pines, and moved in full time after retirement in 1997. Soon thereafter we purchased another lot in Longleaf and after contacting three builders selected Bonville Construction Co. to build a larger home which was completed in 1998.

Bonville’s architect and professional staff took a basic floor plan my wife and I had prepared and designed and built a great house for us. The Bonville personnel are knowledgeable, professional and nice folks to work with. We were also impressed with the caliber and friendliness of the sub-contractors selected by Bonville. Any small problems discovered after we moved in were fixed promptly and Bonville made an inspection after one year to see if anything else needed attention.

We were so pleased with the Bonville staff and sub-contractors that we invited them for a back deck barbeque after completion of the house. If you are planning to build a new home, you definitely should consider Bonville as your builder.
