After many years of living abroad and heavy international travel we decided to finally retire in North Carolina. We had visited Pinehurst in 1994 to meet some friends and really liked the area and the people.

In February 1995 we returned to Pinehurst with the intention to either purchase an already built home or to buy a lot and have a house build to our taste and liking.
New to the area our realtor arranged for us to visit the different potential houses for sale and the various home sites to built on. After haVing looked at so many choices we fmally decided to purchase a beautiful 3/4 acre lot at the Pinewild Country Club facing the 9tb hole of the Holly Course.

The next item on our agenda was to find a reputable local builder.

Here again, our realtor proved to be very helpful and introduced us to Mr .George Bonville of Bonville Construction. Bonville Construction is well known in the area for its quality workmanship and outstanding performance in home building.

We met with George Bonville and his immediate professionals John the architect and
Ken Bonville. We found them to be cordial, professional and knowledgeable. We were impressed that Bonville Construction could also design and serve as our architect at a very reasonable price.

The next day, George Bonville arranged for us to look at some completed homes he had built and some under construction. We were impressed of the profound Workmanship and Quality he instilled in his design and construction. We then proceeded to our lot where the Bonvilles helped us envision the future footprint of the house. Needless to say we signed with them the same day.

Our house was completed as scheduled and we moved into our new home in December 1995. We are extremely happy with our new house.

After we moved in, Bonville Construction faithfully fixed any small problems that popped up.
