Dear Ken, John and George,

It has been just over a year since the completion of our home by Bonville Construction and we continue to find the new appreciation for the quality of its construction. Recent visits to homes built for friends and associates by other local builders have convinced us that Bonville is the premier home builder in the Sandhills.

George Bonville was our first contact with Bonville Construction. With no commitment on our part, George researched, evaluated and walked many potential building lots with us. We chose a golf course lot in Mid South. John McFay guided us through the potential maze of design, layout and material selection, often from 500 miles away as we were still living in Pennsylvania. John’s trained eye, extensive knowledge and a sense of humor kept us on the right track. Ken delivered us our home on time and tolerated our moments of anxiety and indecision with calm and professional reassurance. Ken’s subs are top notch.

In short, thanks for building our dream home. We are proud of our home and happy to be a part of the Bonville Construction “family”.
