We had owned our Pinewild property for approximately seven years before we decided to build and move South. During those years we would occasionally visit the area and interview various builders but never found a “match”; they either lacked enthusiasm and/or interest and in general had the personality of a doorknob. Having interviewed six builders and growing disenchanted by the minute, we interviewed George Bonville. He was like a breath of fresh air. He was enthused about his work and excited and interested in what we wanted. He initially spent approximately three hours with us showing us various stages of his company’s homes under construction all the while educating us about what and why they did things a certain way. When that interview was over the first thing I said to my husband was “That’s who I want to build our home” And we have not looked back or regretted a single moment since!

John McFay designed our home and worked with me long distance tweeking the little details until I was satisfied.

Ken, John & George incorporated our desires and also suggested many energy saving features which have already paid themselves off. All the subcontractors were first rate, prompt and courteous. The house was cleaned daily before the subs left. Even though we chose to rent and live locally while our home was built, we could have just as easily stayed in Pennsylvania and not been here; I trusted their integrity and honesty that much.

Because of their experience, and organization from beginning to end, we did not have any of the nightmare problems that one so often hears about with homes under construction. Once we moved in, any punchlist items were promptly taken care of and even though we have now lived in our home for nearly two years, our relationship with Bonville is such that if I had a problem I know I could walk into their office and they would promptly and pleasantly correct it.

We not only received a quality home of which we are very proud, but we also made friends and if we had to build again we most certainly would choose Bonville Construction without even thinking about it.
