We had already decided on the Pinehurst area and had made several previous visits when by chance we met George Bonville. After talking with him for several hours about subjects not related to his profession, we told him we were interested in building a home in Pinehurst preferably in a golf community. He offered to check out any potential home site we might have an interest in regardless of potential builder preference.

After talking with local realtors and visiting several new homes built by Bonville Construction, we felt very comfortable having them as our builder. Even though it appeared they did great work, it was the trust factor that was the key.

Once the building started, they were very accessible to answer any questions or concerns we had. They were also very flexible to last-minute changes we requested They were also very prompt and reasonable when small problems occurred after we moved in.

I recommend and endorse Bonville Construction Company because I think they build a quality custom home and you can trust them to stand by their product. Theyare deservedly proud of the homes they build.
