On March 15, 1993 we entered into a construction Agreement with Bonville Construction Company., Inc. to buils a home on our lot 1ocated at 228 Hunter Trail, Longleaf Country Club, Southern Pines, Moore County, North Carolina.

Actualconstrcution of the home commenced several weeks
later and construction was completed two weeks before the agreed upon completion date. All during the construction process Bonville Construction performed over and above the construction agreement. We were contacted after each phase of the construction to perform an inspection to determine
the percentage and quality of the work completed. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the workmanship and the manner in which the worksite was kept meticulously clean.

We have recommended to a number of our friends locating in this area that a Bonville Construction house is the best built home on the market.
