been awarded the “Best Design/ Best Construction Award” for 1995. You certainly deserve it for the wonderful time and effort you put into building this masterpiece of a home on a lot that probably has the best golf course view in all of Moore County.

We are eternally grateful that we contacted you before buying the other lot on which you discovered serious clay and water problems. That lot certainly looked high and dry and surely fooled us and the sales agent with its problems. You saved us thousands of dollars and much frustration by encouraging us to switch lots. In the end, we saved money and you positioned the house to give us this truly incredible golffront-lakefront view. Thank you Bonvilles!
